What do I offer?
Simply put, a tailored 1:1 online or face-to-face business mentoring, coaching and consulting option.
Regardless of which service you want, you will need to apply as my time and calendar space is limited.
This is not my fulltime job but rather my way of helping others along their business path.
If this is your first time doing a call with me, and you have been accepted on the application, there will be a free 1-hour introductory session for us to get some ground work understanding and see if I am the right person to suit your specific business needs and confirm you find value in what I offer and my approach to business coaching.

Business Coaching
I define business coaching as a short term, ad hoc needed service. You pay for the time you need with me and get the advisory on the specific issue you are having.
No set number of sessions, no specific timeline, you go as fast or slow as you need, when you need it and as cashflow allows. Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour with a maximum of 2 hours via Zoom.
The session will be recorded, and AI note taker will send you notes after each session along with the recording.
There are no seminars offered and as such I can keep the cost low relative to the business coaching industry.

Business Mentoring
Business mentoring is a longer, more involved process where we work together on both your personal development and your business. It includes a 1 to 1.5-hour Zoom meeting every 2 weeks for 3 months, with an option to renew for 3–6 months.
My approach focuses on teaching business development skills and offering tailored solutions, such as sales strategies, ad campaigns, website advice, P&L analysis, negotiation support, and more.

Business Consulting is a "done for you" solution focused on analyzing your business’s numbers and structure.
Unlike Coaching or Mentoring, it delivers tangible results, processes, or reports tailored to your needs.
Consulting often involves an on-site visit to identify issues and implement quick solutions. It’s ideal for larger, complex businesses or when you need an impartial perspective on areas like financials, marketing, staff, or operations.
